The Central Ontario Building Trades is proud to present the Hammer Heads program. Providing training and career opportunities to the youth of our city.

Focusing on the youth of our priority neighborhoods, those neighborhoods that have a combination of poverty and a lack of public investment. Hammer Heads is a collaboration of all the affiliates of the Central Ontario Building Trades. Together we will provide real training to help those get real jobs.

Our strength comes with our trades affiliates. All of our training will be delivered by leading edge training facilities with the infrastructure and knowledge to make dreams come true.
